INAUGURATO IL NUOVO CENTRO TRAPIANTO MIDOLLO OSSEO DEL GASLINI

Genova, 23 Maggio 2024 – Da giovedì mattina l’Istituto Giannina Gaslini può contare su un nuovo Centro Trapianto di Midollo Osseo al secondo piano del Padiglione 12, uno spazio totalmente rinnovato ed equipaggiato con strumenti di ultima generazione realizzato grazie alla donazione della famiglia Conio in memoria dell’avvocato Emiliano Conio. I locali rinnovati ospitano sei posti letto di alto isolamento in camere singole a pressione positiva con filtri ad alta efficienza per la pulizia dell’aria e con sistema di monitoraggio centralizzato, e nel nuovo reparto è disponibile anche una stanza doppia per il ricovero del donatore, oltre a spazi dedicati per il comfort dei genitori in assistenza. L’artista Silvio Irilli, fondatore di Ospedali Dipinti, si è occupato della decorazione dei locali, inserendo nelle opere delle 6 stanze, 6 racconti tratti dal "Libro delle Favole" illustrate da Giusi Capizzi, grazie alla disponibilità delle Edizioni San Paolo.

Inaugurato "IL MARE DEI SORRISI" Un'opera speciale per una nuova accoglienza nel reparto di oncoematologia pediatrica del Civili di Brescia

Brescia, 30 Aprile 2024 – È stata inaugurata oggi una nuova sala d’attesa nell’area di ingresso all’oncoematologia pediatrica degli Spedali Civili di Brescia. Il progetto, che prende il nome di “Il mare dei sorrisi”, è stato donato dall’associazione ODV “Un sorriso per Matteo ed Ettore” grazie al contributo di Fondazione Mediolanum, all’evento “Dal cuore…All’Adamello” e al sostegno di ABE, e con l’intervento dell’artista Silvio Irilli di OSPEDALI DIPINTI che ha trasformato la sala d’attesa in un luminoso fondale marino.

"LEAP INTO THE BLUE" WORK INAUGURATED AT THE GEMELLI POLYCLINIC IN ROME

10/19/2023 Presented the work "Leap into the Blue" by artist Silvio Irilli of Painted Hospitals. The theme of the painting is sea creatures; the work was created thanks to the important contribution of La Roche-Posay and in collaboration with the Romanini Association, which follows all the initiatives related to the Art4ART project. For 10 years the artist Irilli has been collaborating with Gemelli within the "Art4ART" project ("Art for Advanced Radiotherapy" www.gemelliart.it) in the artistic realization of several radiotherapy treatment rooms: Aventine Room, Colosseum Room, Villa Adriana Room and Aquarius the one dedicated to children. The initiative involved the youngest children by inviting them to bring a drawing of a marine character to the pharmacy to be displayed at the point of sale. Among the many drawings of marine characters made by children, the beautiful drawing depicting marine octopuses was chosen, which artist Silvio Irilli integrated into the work "Leap into the Blue" on the walls of one of the rooms of the radiation oncology department, helping to transform it into a pleasant environment for young patients as well.

"A TEAM FOR A SMILE" FOR CHIERI MAJOR HOSPITAL PEDIATRICS

28.07.2023. Artist Silvio Irilli will color the walls of Pediatrics in the Chieri Hospital in collaboration with the city's Reale Mutua Fenera women's volleyball team, which will organize the international volleyball quadrangular at the end of September and allocate all ticket proceeds to the project. "THE COLORS OF THE SEA" unveiled at Gaslini Hospital the new work of "Painted Hospitals"

Genoa 12.O6.2023 Dolphins, turtles and little fish will accompany Gaslini Hospital patients during treatments! The procedure room of the Hemato-Oncology Department has a new look thanks to the "Colors of the Sea" artwork created by Silvio Irilli of Painted Hospitals through the GaslinInsieme Foundation, the valuable support of the Tyrrhenum Cultural Association and the many supporters of the Hemato-Oncology Department. The decoration of the procedure room is part of the larger "Gaslini a Colori" project, a project that includes a series of radical interventions with the intention of humanizing the hospital's environments so as to make the reception and stay of young patients more joyful.

Painter, artist and creator of the "Painted Hospitals" project,for 10 years he has been giving hope and dreams through art, helping with imagination and colors to escape from the cold walls of hospitals . How the project was born, anecdotes, curiosities "a distraction within beauty" and then " if beauty cures you are a doctor with an honorary degree in medicine with brush and colors" the beautiful words of Paola Saluzzi, who concludes the interview by reading the beautiful dedication of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella sent to the artist.

PADOVA HOSPITAL - VENETO ONCOLOGY INSTITUTE IOV IRCCS:THE PLAYROOM BECOMES "THE FOREST IN A ROOM"

Padua, March 5, 2023. Brushstrokes of magic and beauty, to help make the transition to the hospital a child-friendly walk: the Veneto Oncology Institute presents "The Forest in a Room," the new art installation by Silvio Irilli, talented artist and founder of "Painted Hospitals," which, thanks to the support of the Castorina Ceolin Foundation, has transformed the playroom of the IOV Radiotherapy in Padua into a fantasy forest inhabited by enchanted characters that will allow children to travel with their imagination even while in the hospital environment. So here is an "enveloping" room, made in an immersive way: the walls, the ceiling, but also the openings (doors and windows) are part of the work, so that during the moments of waiting for therapy, children can feel part of a fairy tale. Painted Hospitals book presented in Chieri.

Chieri 10.12.2022. Presented the book of "Painted Hospitals" in the conference room of the Civic Library of #Chieri (To) where the artist Silvio Irilli recounted his 30-year career with the 10 years of the Painted Hospitals project. It was a tale with images, videos that moved the audience. Present were Chieri City Councillor for Culture Antonella Giordano, Emmaland Association and Lillo di Franco who presented the event.

Until Dec. 15, part of the proceeds will support the "Emma's Garden" project for the Emmaland Association, which we will carry out for the pediatric oncohematology ward of Novara Hospital.
